Use pymol to build alpha helix

Build->Residue->Helix
Build->Residue->aa.

Click Mouse Mode to change from viewing to Editing

Easy to modify molecule using pymol(deleting)

**Nov 8**
In the Editing mode, Shift + mouse will move individual molecule.
Reset will move "disappearing molecules" to the screen.
